Techtative Talent Agreement


The agreement includes an official contract with the talent as a Techtative employee, a non-solicitation agreement, an IP agreement, and potentially other agreements depending on client requirements.

We do not charge employees anything on top of their wages.

Techtative compensation comes from the hiring companies directly and does not affect the talent's pay. Compensations are also negligible and are used to keep the internal team operating, helping Palestinians to thrive!
